Welcome to East River Anglers
New York City isn’t only known for its beautiful scenery and great country music, this city has plenty of fishing opportunities for both the experienced and novice angler. Of course the most well-known waterway that crisscrosses the city is the magnificent East River.
Aside from the common species popular with fishing enthusiasts, the East River boasts a rogue's gallery of more exotic,rare and bizarre fishes. This site will attempt to document each of them as they are encountered by members of the East River Angler's Club.
